Boiler Installations
We have carried out thousands of domestic boiler installations during more than 20 years trading. These have been all over Sussex and the surrounding areas, and range from small flats to large country houses with multiple boiler installations. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and our excellent customer relations.
For the standard sized properties which can be anything from a small flat up to a 4/5 bedroom detached house we will carry out our survey and produce a quotation at the time of visit. The surveyor will assess the site requirements, listen to your views and comments, and make recommendations, giving you options and alternatives where possible.
You are there free to decide at the time of the visit or consider the quotation and speak to us at a later date. All quotes are totally free of charge. Should you decide to go ahead you contact us and we will be able to book you in any time between a few days and a few weeks ahead depending on your requirements and our work schedule. Once booked in we then order your boiler. The installation will then go ahead on the date arranged, carried out by one of our experienced Corgi registered engineers, and completed within the same working week. On completion we commission and certify the boiler according to the manufacturer's recommendations and notify Corgi of the installation as defined by PART L of the building regulations. We then instruct you on the operation of the system, clear away any redundant materials created by the work and leave the installation in good working order.
Should for any reason you have any fault or minor defect with the installation we are only at the other end of the phone and will come out free of charge to honour the warranty. For larger installations the process is very similar apart from the fact that some additional design input may be required and therefore the quotation may take a little longer.
Boiler Servicing
We have a very good boiler servicing department which can deal with all makes of domestic boilers. We are able to carry out repairs or routine maintenance. Our response time is also very good with normally a same day or next day call out. We have no call out fee but simply charge you for the time, from arrival to completion of job.
We also have the facility should you wish for automatic reminders for annual servicing.
Central Heating Install
The same process is adopted for this as for boiler installations in most cases. In situations where only one or two radiators and no boiler is involved it is usually possible to quote over the phone.
Gas Safety Certificates
We carry out numerous gas safety inspections for landlords in the south east of England. We have the reputation of being very thorough and fair. We carry these out at a very reasonable rate whilst keeping safety of tenants as the most important factor.
We also have the facility should you wish for automatic yearly reminders.
Powerflush
We carry out powerflushing using a mechanical method of combining high flow and low pressure together with suitable chemical cleaners in order to clear and restore efficiency to dirty, problematic wet central heating systems. We use a Jet Flush machine which is capable of dealing with any system up to a large 5/6 bedroom house. The process is carried out by one of our trained operatives and will usually take between half and a full day. We are able to give a quotation over the phone.
